Planning Board Member, Monroe, New York - 2005 to present

David Niemotko, RA, AIA, NCARB was chosen to serve on the Planning Board for the Village of Monroe. This 5 member board render decisions to ensure proposed projects conform to local codes and ordinances. These decisions also reflect the experience and concern of the board members, and the expertise of retained engineers and attorneys to ensure that a project, to the extent possible, will have a favorable impact on their local community.
