Orange County Planning Board Member - 2010 to present

David Niemotko, RA, AIA, NCARB was appointed to The Orange County Planning Board in January of 2010. This 7 member board advises the Orange County Department of Planning staff on major planning studies and initiatives, including the update of the Orange Comprehensive Plan Strategies for Quality Communities, the OC Open space Plan, the OC Design Guide and OC Housing Needs Study. Among the Boards responsibilities is the oversight of the OC Planning and Open Space Grant Program in which they review and accept applications for matching county planning and open space protection funding.
