Self-Storage
This project involved the design and construction of a new two
story, 17,000 square foot, metal building on 5 acres in Monroe, New
York. This building was constructed in close proximity to
surrounding structures and wetland designated property. Considerable
attention and planning was given to successfully protect these
areas. Unique to this project was the management of several
out-of-state sub-contractors and interaction with an out-of-state
owner. This pre-engineered steel frame building includes a forced
air system for heating and cooling, and a concrete foundation
system. The egress stair treads and risers were epoxy coated for a
longer life cycle.
DTM Development hired a local, independent testing agency to verify
that all materials and procedures were in compliance with the
contract specifications
